A deep dive into your customer or employee experience, ways of working, or your operations – I conduct qualitative research and deliver crystallised key insights, with concrete action points for both quick wins and the longer term. Like a pirate map that highlights both the treasure and the dangers.
A well designed co-creation session helps teams come together and discover stronger insights, make better decisions, and find the steps to take in the right direction. With 10 years of experience helping clients from startups to multinational corporations, my approach and toolkit work both live and remotely.
Inspire your team or clients with what design disciplines can do and how we can create change – starting today. I speak at events, webinars and internal trainings with a focus on diversity and inclusion, employee experience and wellbeing, and creating better ways of working in an uncertain world.

Elephant London’s OMM program 2021 focused on LGBTQ+ newcomers in the design industry. As a guest speaker, I shared my experience of combining my gender transition learnings and work to highlight key factors in enabling systemic transformation.
As one of four speakers at the Trans Day of Visibility webinar, I focused on coming to terms with male privilege and how I’ve tried to break the mold and make way for more diversity in gender representation, how embracing diversity benefits everyone, and concrete tips for shaping a more inclusive and diverse workplace.
Paired with a gay colleague’s personal history from when homosexuality was a crime, I touched upon gender variance as an intrinsic part of humanity, the rising threat of far right ideology, how LGBTQ+ topics can’t be separate from working life, and ways to show support in and out of the workplace.
UPM’s growing Service Design network invited me to talk about inclusion and accessibility in their bi-monthly global meeting. Starting with the history, meaning and value of inclusion, I shared case studies, methods and approaches, and finished with some clear, concrete action points for becoming more inclusive in their daily work.
